Small amounts of generosity can make a tangible difference in the lives of CGCC students. Every contribution, no matter the size, can change a student's life.

The Arizona Community College Workforce Scholarship Program, which is funded through the American Rescue Act Plan, offers students the opportunity to earn a certificate, a two-year associate degree, a four-year bachelor’s degree, or non-credit training for high-demand, high-wage industries, including Advanced Manufacturing/Semiconductors, Construction Trades, Dental Hygienists/Assistants, Education, Health Care, Information Technology, Paralegal/Legal Assistants, Tractor Trailer Driving, and Veterinary Technology.

CGCC is excited to announce that the application process for the third cohort is now underway, extending to March 31, 2024. Students aspiring to pursue their associate’s degree in engineering and artificial intelligence/machine learning this coming fall 2024 semester are greatly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their college experience through the mentorship, financial scholarship, and professional activities provided by REACH.

Now in its fifth year, the Girls Get IT conference takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Nov. 17, 2023, at Scottsdale Community College, with a goal of introducing high school girls from across the Valley to the many career possibilities in the field of Information Technology (IT).

The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is proud to announce a partnership with American Medical Response (AMR) to expand the Earn While You Learn program and establish a Paramedicine Employee Sponsorship across the system. Participants will discover ways to develop a strong workforce pipeline in their institutions through innovative teaching, unique partnerships, and holistic program management.

Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) was founded in 1985 to serve the higher education needs of the Southeast Valley. In 1992, CGCC was accredited as an independent college by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association. Today, with four locations and an average of 19,000 students every year, Chandler-Gilbert Community College is a fast-growing member of the Maricopa Community College system.

The Queen Creek Promise Program is a commitment from the Town of Queen Creek to its residents for eligible high school students to attend Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) for two years with Arizona resident tuition fully funded.
