 Dual Enrollment Tuition Assistance 2019-2020

Deadline to submit the Maricopa Grant Tuition Assistance Application for the 2019-2020 school year is August 30, 2019.

The tuition assistance deadline has ended for the 2019-2020 school year. 

At CGCC it is our goal to help students make paying for college as easy as possible. Arizona high school students enrolled in the Dual Enrollment program at CGCC have the opportunity to apply for the Dual Enrollment Maricopa Grant by completing the 2019-2020 Tuition Assistance Application.


  • Students must complete the admissions process for Maricopa Community Colleges prior to submitting then tuition assistance e-form. If you have not created an account already please visit to apply for admissions. 
  • Student recipients must demonstrate “financial need.” Financial need is determined if the combined household income from the parent(s) and student falls below 200% of the most current US Department and Human Services Poverty Guideline. Current income documentation will be required with your application for review.
  • Students must complete the first semester in which they enroll with a grade of “C” or better in order to be eligible to receive the Maricopa Grant for the following semester. 
  • Only those with a lawful presence in the US may qualify for the Maricopa Grant.

The Maricopa Grant will cover a maximum of 12 credit hours per student for all Maricopa Community College dual enrollment course, for the school year.

Applications will only be accepted electronically or in person to the CGCC Financial Aid office. All communications from the CGCC Financial Aid office will come through your Student Message Center and your Maricopa Email Address. Your Student Center can be accessed via

Please note: Funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and eligibility for the Maricopa Grant is not a guarantee of funds.
