 CEP Intake Appointments

​Students that are ready to submit a CEP application (Concurrent Enrollment Pathway) at CGCC as their first choice Maricopa College, must set up an appointment. All documents needed must accompany you in order to apply, please make sure all grades are posted in your unofficial transcripts by the time you come to your appointment. 

The application intake period from March – May is for spring block one start with a Maricopa College.

The application intake period from November – January is for fall block one start with a Maricopa College.

Students must bring to their appointment:
  • Filled CEP Application
  • All Unofficial Transcripts
  • Declaration Form
  • HESI A2
