Student Feedback and Concerns‚Äč

Chandler Gilbert Community College promotes an open educational environment. We welcome all feedback, both positive and constructive, regarding your experience with us. What is working and what is not? Your input provides for continuous quality improvement at CGCC.

General Feedback ‚ÄčLet us know about your student experience at CGCC.
Tell us what works well and what we can do to improve.
Academic Complaints‚Äč ‚ÄčA student who feels that he/she has been treated unfairly or unjustly by a faculty member (full-time or part-time) with regard to an academic process such as grading, testing or assignments should use the Academic Complaint process.

Students should discuss the issue first with the faculty member involved. If you are not able to find a resolution to your concern or you are unable to meet with the faculty member you may continue the process with the Division Chairperson.
Non-Academic Complaints‚Äč A student who feels that he or she has been treated unfairly or unjustly by any employee with regard to a non-instructional process such as a student or administrative services has the right to file a formal and written complaint according to the approved procedures.

A non-academic student complaint may concern an alleged violation of college policies, infringement of student rights, and other such problems dealing with students, college staff and authorized college activities.
‚Äč‚ÄčSexual Harassment & Discrimination‚Äč ‚ÄčComplaints of sexual harassment, violence or discrimination should be directed to Veronica Hipolito, Title IX Coordinator and Vice President of Student Affairs
