Important Deadlines/Dates Spring 2020


January 11, 2020
Spring classes begin.classes begin.

Note:  Students with late starting classes may have some (or all) of their grant and/or loan disbursement delayed past the below listed dates, students should plan accordingly.

​January 15, 2020

​​​​Last day to submit Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Maximum Timeframe Appeals. Request submitted after this date will be considered for the following term.

​Consortium Agreement deadline for submission.
January 21, 2020
Spring Pell Recalculation Date is at 5:00 PM. A student must register for all classes by this deadline and be awarded financial aid  to determine final Pell Grant eligibility for the term.  Courses also include those recognized through the completion of a consortium agreement.  If a student registers for additional courses after this date, additional Pell Grant will not be awarded.​   
Week of January 24, 2020
Estimated date spring financial aid will begin disbursing and disbursement refunds will be processed by the college. You will receive notification to your student email from Money Network regarding your refund. Week of February 11, 2020 Estimated date first time, first year, 30 day delay loan recipients will have the spring term loan applied toward paying fall fees and refunds processed by the college. Students with late starting classes may have some (or all) of their grant and/or loan disbursement delayed past this date, students should plan accordingly.
Week of March 13, 2019
Estimated date of second disbursement of spring loan and disbursement refunds will be processed by the college.  Students with late starting classes may have some (or all) of their grant and/or loan disbursement delayed past this date, students should plan accordingly.
