Important Deadlines/Dates Fall 2019


​August 17, 2019
Fall classes begin.

Note:  Students with late starting classes may have some (or all) of their grant and/or loan disbursement delayed past the below listed dates, students should plan accordingly.

​August 21, 2019

​​​​Last day to submit Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Maximum Timeframe Appeals. Request submitted after this date will be considered for the following term.
August 26, 2019
​Consortium Agreement deadline for submission.
August 26, 2019
Fall Pell Recalculation Date is at 5:00 PM. A student must register for all classes by this deadline and be awarded financial aid  to determine final Pell Grant eligibility for the term.  Courses also include those recognized through the completion of a consortium agreement.  If a student registers for additional courses after this date, additional Pell Grant will not be awarded.​   Pell awards for financial aid applications received after the  Pell Recalculation Date is at 5:00 PM. A student must register for all classes by this deadline and be awarded financial aid  to determine final Pell Grant eligibility for the term.  Courses also include those recognized through the completion of a consortium agreement. 
Week of August 29, 2019
Estimated date fall financial aid will begin disbursing and disbursement refunds will be processed by the college. You will receive notification to your student email from Money Network regarding your refund. Week of September 17, 2019 Estimated date first time, first year, 30 day delay loan recipients will have the fall term loan applied toward paying fall fees and refunds processed by the college. Students with late starting classes may have some (or all) of their grant and/or loan disbursement delayed past this date, students should plan accordingly.
Week of October 16, 2019
Estimated date of second disbursement of fall loan and disbursement refunds will be processed by the college.  Students with late starting classes may have some (or all) of their grant and/or loan disbursement delayed past this date, students should plan accordingly.
