The following information provides a step by step guide on how to apply for graduation.
 
Graduation Application priority deadlines are listed below. Please note that applications received AFTER the deadline will be accepted, but may not be processed until the following semester:

• Spring 2018 Graduates – March 29, 2018
Step 1 - Determine if you are eligible to Graduate
Step 2 - Official Transcripts are on file at CGC
Step 3 - Graduation Application Form
Step 4 - Meet with an Academic Advisor
Step 5 - Pay Graduation Fees
Congratulations! You have achieved a major educational goal and graduation is a celebration of your accomplishments. There are several steps to take so you can graduate on time and can participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
 
The 27th annual Chandler-Gilbert Community College graduation is scheduled for May 11, 2018. The schedule of graduation events is posted on the third tab under "Commencement Ceremony".

Chandler-Gilbert offers a scholarship to pay the cap and gown fee. Please review scholarship eligibility information and submit your Graduation Scholarship Application by completing the below form no later than April 30, 2018.
 
Eligibility Requirements:
  1. Successfully petition for graduation by March 29, 2018.
  2. Select to participate in commencement ceremonies (funds are not due until May).
  3. Have an Expected Family Income (EFC) of zero (determined by financial aid). You may still apply if your EFC is greater than zero.
  4. Successfully complete courses and be eligible for graduation.
