Dual Enrollment steps

New students can get step-by-step instructions on how to create your MEID (user ID) by downloading our New Student Admissions Guide.

Note: If you are a returning Dual Enrollment student please use the Dual Enrollment Returning Student Registration Guide.

Math and English courses require a qualifying ACCUPLACER placement test score in order to register.* Please review the Placement Chart for minimum test requirements. If you haven't taken the AzMERIT Reading test and met/exceeded the proficiency standard, you will need to take the Reading ACCUPLACER test. You can take placement tests at the CGCC Testing Center free of charge, and some high schools offer placement testing.

*Juniors and seniors may use their unweighted high school GPA for English and Math class placement. All students can use SAT scores for English and Math classes. For all other course requirements see your high school class list for details.

Once you have created your account and completed Next Steps your information will be reviewed. You will receive an email in 5-7 days with Add a Class and tuition payment information. Tuition is due at time of enrollment.

Your enrollment is almost complete! You can pay online or in person. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, checks, and financial aid funds. You can even enroll in a monthly payment plan. Choose the option that best meets your needs.
