Note: All students are initially classified as out-of-state. You will be switched to in-state status if you qualify during Step 14.

Math and English courses require a qualifying ACCUPLACER placement test score in order to register.* Please review the Placement Chart for minimum test requirements. If you haven't taken the AzMERIT Reading test and met/exceeded the proficiency standard, you will need to take the Reading ACCUPLACER test. You can take placement tests at the CGCC Testing Center free of charge, and some high schools offer placement testing.

*Juniors and seniors may use their unweighted high school GPA for English and Math class placement. All students can use SAT scores for English and Math classes. For all other course requirements see your high school class list for details.

You will register online at Need help with the form? This resource will help walk you through it.

Your enrollment is almost complete! You can pay online or in person. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, checks, and financial aid funds. You can even enroll in a monthly payment plan. Choose the option that best meets your needs.
