Bod Pod
Considered the gold standard in accurate body composition assessment, based on air-displacement plethysmography technology that quantifies lean mass (muscle, bone, skin, organs, and water) to adipose tissue (fat).
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing
This assessment measures how many and what types of calories your body utilizes while at rest, whether carbohydrates or fats. This information is helpful for weight management to determine the desired caloric intake for weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance.
Wingate Anaerobic Test
Assesses both maximum anaerobic power and capacity. This is a 30-second all-out anaerobic sprint test.
Lactate Threshold
The lactate threshold is the maximal effort or intensity that an athlete can maintain for an extended period of time with little or no increase in lactate in the blood.
VO2max Assessment
Also known as maximal oxygen uptake, this assessment measures the maximum amount of oxygen a person can utilize during intense exercise. It is a common measurement used to establish the aerobic endurance of an athlete prior to or during the course of training.
