Vendors Scheduling Process

Dear Prospective Vendor:
 
 
We Appreciate your interest in Chandler-Gilbert Community College and look forward to having you on campus. Fees are $ 50.00/day or $ 125.00/week. Please note that fees are non-refundable. A week is defined as Mon-Fri 9:00am-3:00pm.
 
Please complete the Vendor Reservation Application from the list on the left side.
 
A certificate of insurance is required in addition to the application and can be mailed or faxed to the Resourses Management Office (see contact info below).
 
Please review our solicitation for off-campus vendors/organizations.
