Proctor Services for Non-CGCC Students

Not a CGCC student, but need to take a test? The Testing Center at CGCC offers exam administration and proctoring services for students attending other colleges and universities.

Exams are given in a classroom or lab. Individual testing rooms are not available, so multiple tests may be conducted at the same time.

There is a flat fee of $25 per exam due at the time of testing.

How to take a proctored exam at CGCC

Step 1. Create a student account. To do this, go to and select “New Student.” (Select “Returning Student” if you have attended a Maricopa Community College previously.) You will receive an 8-digit student ID number for payment purposes.

Step 2. Once you have your 8-digit Student ID number, fill out the Request for Proctor Service Form.

Step 3. Make an appointment. Appointments are required for all proctored exams. Once we have received the exam from your institution, you can make your appointment. You can make an appointment by phone or email. Appointments need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Step 4. We will follow your institution’s guidelines for returning your exam materials.
