Text the message cgcc pecos or cgcc williams depending on which campus you will be attending.
 
 
Check your wireless plan with your service provider as standard text rates may apply.
 
 
No phone? No problem. We have an online kiosk to get you in line.
 
 

Text Commands to use when in QLess:

 

H - Help, use this command to get additional assistance with QLess.

J - Rejoin the queue if you have expired from summoning

L - Leave the queue, use this command when you need to exit a particular queue.

M- More time, use this command to request additional time if you can't be in the area.

S - Status update, use this command when you want an update of your wait time and place in line.

W - Switch, use this command to switch from text to voice call updates.

N# - Notify me in XX minutes, use this command to let QLess know when to send an alert.



IMPORTANT NOTE:
 

For students signing in remotely, when you do arrive on campus, you must let the Welcome Desk at Enrollment Services know so they can check you in. (Bluford Hall at Williams Campus or the Coyote Center at Pecos Campus)

 

During peak registration periods, Queues will automatically close once a queue has reached maximum capacity for the day.

 
Go to the Enrollment Service hours page to see when services are available. Regardless of your estimated wait time, you should be at Enrollment Services no later then 30 minutes before closing time.
