Have Questions?

We have answers! We encourage you to ask us anything you want to know about Welcome Week. Just send us an email at and we'll get back to you right away!

Take it all in

We have lots of activities and events planned to help you get familiar with your new college. Check out the Welcome Week schedule of events below and make plans now to attend as many as you can. The more you know about the resources and support available to you, the more successful you can be at Chandler-Gilbert Community College.

Meet your Mentors

Throughout Welcome Week, you'll have the opportunity to meet the people who will help guide you on your college path. Speak with our CARE Teams about your educational goals. Talk to instructors about the courses you're interested in taking. Meet our Peer Mentors to learn about the first-year experience. Discover the tutoring resources available to you in math, science, writing and more. We're all here for you, so come and make connections.

Coyote Welcome Week

Scavenger Hunt

Each day, we'll place a Coyote logo in a hidden location, somewhere on our Pecos and Williams campuses, and we'll share a photo clue of its whereabouts on social media. Find it, take a photo of it, and show it to the Student Life team at the info desk at either campus to claim a prize. There's a new prize every day, and you can participate multiple times!
