Support for First-Year Students
Any student who has not earned prior college credit.
- Guiding new-to-college students through Initial Advising, enrollment, and onboarding to help them prepare for a successful start to college.
- Facilitate New Student Orientation (NSO) and connect students with campus resources, services, and support before classes begin.
- Connect students with a Student Success Coach for peer mentoring, community building, campus engagement, and support navigating the college experience.
Support for Continuing Students
Students who are not new to college and are earning a degree or certificate.
- Provide ongoing coaching, communication, and personalized support to help students navigate college, stay engaged, overcome academic challenges, and persist toward completion.
- Develop individualized academic recovery plans and provide direct support for students on SAP Warning or Academic Probation to support academic success and retention.
