To help you stay in shape, physical education classes are offered for credit and non-credit each semester:


  • Fitness for Life (PED101FL, 1 credit) covers the basics of designing and implementing a personalized fitness program to meet your needs in the areas of Cardiovascular Fitness, Weight Control, Muscular Strength and Flexibility.
    Lifetime Fitness (PED115, 2 Credits) covers current principles of cardiovascular exercise, weight training, flexibility, and balance exercises applicable to lifetime fitness goals. Personalized fitness plans developed and implemented with support of highly trained fitness professionals
  • Semester Membership $25 (FIT600-100, Non-credit) provides access to the Fitness Center on a non-credit basis.

Group Fitness Option for Credit Classes

Students enrolled in PED115 and PED101WT may purchase a $5 group fitness pass, which allows unlimited access to group fitness classes for the semester, including:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Bootcamp Fitness
  • Stretch and Relaxation
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Body Sculpting
