Sign up for classes
To help you stay in shape, physical education classes are offered for credit and non-credit each semester:
Weight Training (PED101WT, 1 credit) covers the basics of free-weight and resistance training for muscular strength and endurance. Lifetime Fitness (PED115, 2 Credits) offers a variety of exercise and fitness training instruction.
Semester Membership $25 (FIT600-100, Non-credit) provides access to the Fitness Center on a non-credit basis.
Group Fitness Option for Credit Classes
Students enrolled in PED115 and PED101WT may purchase a $5 group fitness pass, which allows unlimited access to group fitness classes for the semester, including:
- Bootcamp Fitness
- Stretch and Relaxation
- Restorative Yoga
- Body Sculpting
