Looking for fast, hands-on training for a local, in-demand aviation career? The Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) Aviation Sheetmetal Bootcamp prepares students for careers in aviation fabrication and aircraft structural repair. This training supports entry into high-demand aerospace and manufacturing roles.

What You Will Learn

What You Will Learn 

During this five-week bootcamp, students gain hands-on experience in: 

  • Aerospace sheetmetal construction and repair 
  • Manufacturing tools and equipment (drills, rivet guns, and more) 
  • Aircraft structural assembly, installation, and modification 
  • Repair and rework of aircraft systems and components 
  • Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical repair documents 

Participants will work with industry-standard processes used in aviation maintenance and manufacturing environments.

  • Cost: $595 (tuition + materials)
  • Location: CGCC Williams Campus
  • Capacity: Limited to 15 students per cohort

  3. Create a student account
  4. Save your MEID and student ID number 
  5. Provide your information to complete enrollment 
  6. Pay for the course to secure your seat
