Student Code of Conduct

Student Code of Conduct:

A student conduct referral is a formal submission to a school’s conduct office detailing an alleged violation of the MCCCD student code of conduct. These reports trigger investigations into behavioral & academic misconduct.

The purpose of the Student Code of Conduct is to help ensure a productive and safe environment for students, employees, and visitors.

This conduct code is not a stand-alone policy. This code is subject to the provisions outlined in AR 5.1.16, generally known as the Title IX policy, and AR 6.24, generally known as the Free Expression policy, and AR 5.1, generally known as the Non-Discrimination policy. There are other policies that may intersect with other administrative regulations.

To access the full Student Code of Conduct, please go to 2.5 Student Rights and Responsibilities.

To submit a conduct referral, please fill out the Public Incident Report.
