Next Generation Service Corps (NGSC) 

Priority Deadline: January 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Arizona Time) - CLOSED 
Space-Permitting Deadline: March 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Arizona Time) 
Final Space-Permitting Deadline: June 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Arizona Time) 

Criteria and eligibility to apply:

  • Incoming first-year or transfer students for fall admission. 
  • Transfer students must be residents of Arizona and must have earned either an associate's degree or 60+ transferable credits from a community college. 
  • 3.0 minimum GPA . International, DACA or undocumented students may apply if they are eligible for in-state residency.

Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities Scholarship Program 

Application Opens: December 1, 2025 
Application Deadline: March 31, 2026 

The Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities Scholarship Program intends to assist individuals in making the most of their talents as they pursue education and promising careers. 

Recipients of a scholarship will receive a one-time award of up to $1,000. Awards are paid directly to the institution or towards the reimbursement of supplies. Scholarships are awarded based on the strength of the applicant’s academic background, leadership skills, and demonstrated passion.

Chandler Education Foundation Donor Scholarships 

Application Opens: January 8, 2026 
Deadline: March 27, 2026 

At Chandler Education Foundation (CEF), we are proud to offer nearly 100 scholarships to support the dreams of Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) graduating seniors. These opportunities are made possible through the generosity of our community, ensuring that students have the resources to pursue their next steps — whether it’s college, trade school, or another educational path.

Education Forward Arizona Scholarship 

Application Deadline: March 6, 2026 

Education Forward Arizona is dedicated to fostering a college-going culture and empowering Arizona students to achieve their educational goals. We provide private scholarships, mentoring, and success services to current Arizona high school seniors committed to earning a bachelor’s degree from an accredited Arizona institution.

Dr. Michael Santoro Legacy Geoscience Scholarship 

Application Opens: Feb 2, 2026 
Deadline: March 6, 2026 

Criteria and eligibility to apply:

  • Be enrolled at Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
  • Past, present or future enrollment in GLG or GPH courses.
  • Submit a letter to a local, state or national leader (details in the application).

Recipients are welcome to reapply in future cycles. A new application is required for each semester. 


AZBAA Business Aviation Scholarship 

Application Opens: Feb. 4, 2026 
Application Deadline: March 16, 2026 

AZBAA is proud to offer Business Aviation Scholarships for students and aspiring Business Aviation professionals in both the Spring and Fall annually. Each scholarship is valued at $5,000!

All-USA Scholarship Application 

Application Deadline: December 1, 2026 

Criteria and eligibility to apply:

  • Be currently enrolled in 6 or more semester credits of associate degree, college-level coursework through December. 
  • Completed 36 or more semester credits by December. 
  • 3.50 or higher GPA on coursework completed in the last 5 years. 
  • Not have previously been nominated for the All-USA or Coca-Cola.
  • Academic record free from suspension, probation or other disciplinary actions. 
  • Award: Up to $2,000.

Jaxon Landfair Humanitarian Scholarship 

Application Deadline: Applications are accepted ALL YEAR and reviewed every April and October each year.

The Jaxon Landfair Humanitarian Scholarships are payable to the participating College, University, or Academy. All students who are enrolled in their Senior year at an accredited Arizona High School OR planning to attend college in Arizona, are eligible to apply for a scholarship.

The Adelante Scholarship 

Application Opens: January 15, 2026 
Application Deadline: March 22, 2026

Criteria and eligibility to apply:

  • Be eligible for in-state tuition under Prop 308.
  • Have graduated from an Arizona high school or equivalent. 
  • Be enrolled full time (minimum 12 credit hours) for the fall 2026 semester.

Freeport-McMoRan Native American College Scholarship 

Application Deadline: April 1, 2026

In partnership with the Freeport-McMoRan Foundation, Education Forward Arizona is proud to administer the Freeport-McMoRan Native American Scholarship Program, offering financial support to Native American students pursuing higher education.

Freeport Scholarship Program

Application Deadline: March 15, 2026 

Freeport-McMoRan are looking for adventurous individuals who are eager to start a skilled trade program for a new career and to explore possibilities you never knew existed in the mining industry. Apply for a scholarship program to earn a Certificate of Completion or an Associate of Applied Science degree in one of six critical technical areas.

Maria L. Hesse Service and Leadership Scholarship

Application Opens: March 26, 2026
Application Deadline: April 22, 2026

The Maria L. Hesse Service and Leadership Scholarship, endowed by CGCC’s second president, offers:

  • Award amounts up to $3,246.
  • Number of awards may vary.

Criteria and eligibility to apply:

  • Recipient should have demonstrated leadership at the college or in the community and/or have provided service to the college or community.
  • Recipient must have completed a minimum of 6 credit hours at CGCC and must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at CGCC.
  • Any leadership or service activities must be done by volunteering or completed during unpaid work hours. Any activities done while compensated does not apply for this scholarship.

Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship Program

Application Closed: Jan. 7, 2026

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship makes it possible for the nation's top community college students to complete their bachelor's degrees by transferring to a selective four-year college or university. The Foundation provides up to $40,000 per year.

Criteria to apply:

  • Sophomore Status
    Applicants must be a current student at an accredited U.S. community college or two-year institution with sophomore status by January 1, 2026 or a recent graduate (since spring 2021).
  • Fall College Enrollment
    Plan to enroll full-time in a baccalaureate program at an accredited college or university in fall 2026.
  • GPA: Have a cumulative undergraduate grade point average of 3.50 or better on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent).
  • Demonstrate unmet financial need.
    We will consider applicants with a maximum adjusted gross income of $95,000. During the selection process, the Foundation will conduct a full financial review that will take into account all income and assets of the student and the student’s parents.
  • No previous enrollment or attendance at a four-year institution. Students who have attended a four-year institution in the past (including colleges and universities outside the United States) are not eligible for this scholarship.

The Omega Delta Phi Alumni Association of Arizona - SEED Legacy Scholarship

A scholarship opportunity to ANYONE who plans to attend college or a post-secondary school in the state of Arizona. The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage and support students who are seeking to better themselves, their community, and their future through continued education.

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Beta Mu Sigma, Phoenix Alumnae Chapter Vera G. Hearns Smith Memorial Scholarship

Application Closed: Oct. 24, 2025

Criteria and eligibility to apply: 

  • The applicant must be a high school senior, undergraduate or graduate student in the Greater Phoenix area.
  • Plan to attend a two- or four-year institution in the Greater Phoenix area in the fall of 2026.
  • Currently holds a minimum GPA of 2.5 or better on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.

Arizona Pilots Association Scholarship

Application Closed: Oct. 31, 2025

To assist young men and women from Arizona in achieving a vocational or postsecondary school education related to an aviation career. APA awards annual scholarships to help fill the unmet financial need of students pursuing aviation related education opportunities at accredited colleges, universities and technical institutions. A wide range of aviation related fields are eligible for scholarship awards: Professional Pilot, Airframe and Powerplant (A&P)/Maintenance, Air Traffic Control, Aerospace Engineering, Airport Management.

APA awards 6 - 8 scholarships annually (~$3,000 each).

All-USA Scholarship

Application Closed

The All-USA Academic Team recognizes high-achieving college students who demonstrate academic excellence and intellectual rigor combined with leadership and service that extends their education beyond the classroom to benefit society. The scholarship is for transfer and workforce students and is by college nomination only.

Award: $5,000

Criteria and eligibility to apply:

  • Be currently enrolled in 6 or more semester credits of associate degree, college-level coursework through December.
  • Completed 36 or more semester credits by December.
  • 3.50 or higher GPA on coursework completed in the last 5 years.
  • Not have previously been nominated for the All-USA or Coca-Cola Academic Teams.
  • Academic record free from suspension, probation or other disciplinary actions.

Chandler Horizon Rotary Scholarship

Criteria and eligibility to apply:

  • Applicants must be enrolled a minimum of 8 credits hours at CGCC.
  • Applicants must have financial need.
  • Have completed between 1-24 credits hours at CGCC.
  • Have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Preference will be given to re-entry students and single parents.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be an Arizona resident.
  • Preference given for residents of Chandler, Arizona.
  • Dual Enrollment and ACE students beginning their first term at CGCC, as degree-seeking, are eligible to apply,

Jaxon Landfair Humanitarian Scholarship

Application Closed

The Jaxon Landfair Humanitarian Scholarship is now funded by Jaxon Foundation and is payable up to $ 5,000 to a participating College, University or Academy. All students who are enrolled in their 2021 Senior year at an accredited Arizona high school are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Criteria and eligibility to apply:

  • Must be pursuing a degree in Law Enforcement/ Criminal Justice.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Qualified applicants will be invited to an interview with the Jaxon Foundation Review Board.
  • Every scholarship recipient will be connected with a Jaxon Mentor who will provide guidance throughout the scholarship period.

  2. Submit a 500 word essay showing that you are familiar with "Jaxon's Three Things." Include how you have or will use them in your life. (These are found on the Jaxon Foundation website).
