Drop-In Advising

Continuing & Transfer Students can also meet with an available advisor during our drop-in hours.

  • Fall & Spring: Mondays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm* Pecos Campus, Coyote Center.
  • Summer (Beginning May 18th): Mondays 9:00 am - 6:00 pm* Pecos Campus, Coyote Center.


*Not all advising services are available at drop-in advising. Drop-in advisors can assist students with general academic planning questions and one-semester class recommendations. However, students will be referred to make a scheduled appointment for complex advising questions or scenarios, graduation checks and unofficial transcript evaluations. Drop-in advising is based on demand and may close early if capacity is reached. Upon arrival, please check in with the front desk staff and bring a valid photo ID with you.
