Fall 2026 Dual Enrollment Registration Is Now Open. Priority Registration is August 31, 2026.

Before You Start:

1. Please have an accepted form of ID ready

Examples include:

  • High School ID + U.S. Birth Certificate
  • Arizona Driver’s License, Permit, or ID Card
  • U.S. Passport/Passport Card
  • Valid Permanent Resident Card

2. Proof You Meet Admissions Requirement

  • Unweighted high school GPA of 2.0 or higher to report on the Dual Enrollment Class Form
              OR
  • Take the EdReady College Reading placement test. A score of 75 or higher is recommended.

New Student Dual Enrollment Steps

  • Returning student: Skip to Step 3.
  • Apply as a Dual Enrollment Student - Select High School Students Option.
  • Select Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
  • Keep your MEID, Student ID, and Email handy!

  • Download the Duo Mobile app (Apple or Google Play).
  • Follow the setup instructions using your Maricopa student email.
  • Log in to your Student Center and start using Duo when prompted.

  • Important Notice: Forms take 10-20 minutes and cannot be saved!
  • Visit the Student Center. Click the “My Student Forms” Tile to access the “High School & Under 18 Forms” to access all Dual Enrollment Forms.

    • Dual Enrollment Class Form Video Guide
      • UPLOAD High School Transcripts, SAT/ACT/AP Scores.
      • COMPLETE placement or Accuplacer test (if applicable).
      • Review the high school college course list to determine if classes have prerequisites.
  • Review: Class List

    NOTE: Students who meet prerequisites can verify classes in their Student Center. For classes requiring a manual process, processing may take up to 10 days.

Pay online, over the phone, in person, or enroll in a flexible payment plan.
