Vendor Tabling Requests

Vendor Tabling Requests

Thank you for considering CGCC as the location for your upcoming event. We are happy to announce that we are currently accepting requests for October thru Dec 2022 and Spring 2023. We encourage you to submit your requests for tabling on campus by reserving a vendor spot or renting a space on one of our CGCC campuses as soon as possible (you’ll find details below).

Please note, we continue to take necessary precautions, due to the ongoing and changing state of the COVID-19 pandemic, to help ensure the safety of our students, staff and community. We appreciate your patience and support.

Tabling for Commercial and Non-commercial Vendors

Welcome vendors! We appreciate your interest in reaching out to the CGCC community, and look forward to hosting you. We make tables and temporary pop-up space available for reserving on campus to facilitate interaction with our students, staff and visitors.

We also rent facility space for non-college activities such as meetings, workshops, retreats, conferences and events. Check out our Facility Rental page for details. We have different rental procedures for commercial and non-commercial (also known as “low-impact”) vendors. Not sure which kind of vendor you are? This is how we officially classify each:

Commercial Definition: Any NON-MCCCD entity that sells or promotes any product, service, or idea. Examples: Restaurants, banks, career recruitment and academic recruitment.

Non-Commercial (Low-Impact) Definition: Any organization that has no connection with giving and/or taking money. Examples: Petitioners, church groups, military, and nonprofits.

Trespassers Any solicitor who violates this solicitation policy may be deemed a trespasser on college property, and subject to appropriate prosecution within the discretion of the college police department and other responsible officials at the college.

  3. Provide a certificate of commercial liability insurance to the Resource Management office. (Please see District Insurance Requirements)

You will be directed to the appropriate vendor/solicitor area on CGCC’s campuses. Tables may not be moved to other locations without prior permission.
