Vendor Tabling Requests
Thank you for considering CGCC for your event. We welcome both non-commercial and commercial organizations to engage with our campus community. Below is our updated tabling process.
Vendor Classification & Process Order
We distinguish between two types of vendors. Our process begins with Non-Commercial Vendors, followed by Commercial Vendors.
1- Non-Commercial (Low-Impact) Vendors
1- Non-Commercial (Low-Impact) Vendors
- Definition: Organizations not involved in monetary transactions (e.g., nonprofit groups, petitioners, campus clubs, religious or civic organizations).
- You are welcome to bring your own table, chairs, or pop-up tent, provided you do not block entry/exit points or disrupt the learning environment.
- No vendor fees are required (unless special services or requests are involved).
Chandler-Gilbert Community College supports free expression consistent with the First Amendment and MCCCD policies. Non-commercial tabling and expressive activities may occur in public areas, provided they do not disrupt instruction or campus operations. Any event involving equipment (e.g., tables, chairs, tents) or sales activity requires a facility reservation through the college’s rental process. College resources may not be used to influence the outcome of an election or promote a specific political candidate, party, or ballot measure (A.R.S. §15-1408).
