Request copies of your CGCC transcripts

Need to transfer to a university or another higher education institution? 

There are three ways to access your Official Transcript Request online:

1. Log into your Online Student Center
   
   • Go to Academic Records > Official Transcript
2. Log into My Maricopa Student Portal
   • Go to Transcripts > Request Official Transcript
3. Log into Parchment
   • Complete the self-guided request form

There is a $5 fee for each official transcript. Get more information and detailed instructions.

Your transcript will display all classes taken at any of the Maricopa Community Colleges. You do not need to request a transcript from each Maricopa Community College. The cost of an official transcript is $5. Please note: It is the student's responsibility to ensure their records are complete before requesting transcripts.
