A transcript is a complete record of your courses taken and grades earned. Official transcripts are sent from one school to another. When you’re ready to request a transcript, we want the process to be as easy as possible, whether you’re transferring to CGCC or moving on to another school.

Transcript reviews for transfer students

As a transfer student, you may not receive an official transcript evaluation until you have registered for classes.

An email will be sent to your Maricopa email when your official transcript is received. After you’ve received this email, complete a Transcript Evaluation Form.

Request copies of your CGCC transcripts

Need to transfer to a university or another higher education institution? Request your CGCC transcript.

There are two ways to access your Official Transcript Request online:

  1. Log into your Online Student Center
  2. Log into MyInfo

There is a $5 fee for each official transcript. Get more information and detailed instructions.

Your transcript will display all classes taken at any of the Maricopa Community Colleges. You do not need to request a transcript from each Maricopa Community College. The cost of an official transcript is $5.
