Extended Hours for Spring Enrollment Services
Need enrollment support?
CGCC will be open extra hours Monday, Jan. 5 through Friday, Jan. 23 to provided additional support for students enrolling in classes for the spring 2026 semester.
Notes:
- Saturday, Jan. 17, extended hours are for in-person visits ONLY, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Monday, Jan. 19, closed for MJK holiday.

Hours of Operation
In-Person Hours:
Extended Enrollment Services hours for in-person support are available Jan. 5, 6, 12, 13 and 20.
- Mondays & Tuesdays: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
In-person Academic Advising support for continuing students available:
- Mondays & Tuesdays: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Pecos campus ONLY
*Please note that the last student is taken 30 minutes before closing.
Virtual Hours:
Meet virtually with our live Enrollment Services support team:
- Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Meet virtually for Academic Advising appointments:
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Wednesday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
